Modern American Dance Company kicks off its popular residency program "Books in Motion" for fourth, fifth and sixth graders at Rohan Woods School. This is the third year that Rohan Woods students have had the privelage of working with the professional dancers. The featured book for 2010-2011 season is Fablehaven by Brandon Mull. Rohan Woods students had an opportunity to listen to Mr. Mull discuss his book, as well share interesting stories about his tenure as an author. After Brandon Mull's discussion, students were invited to meet him while he autographed their personal copies of his book. After two weeks of intense training with the professional dancers, the student performers and a piece by the MADCO dancers can been seen on Friday, October 22nd at 10:00 am as part of the Grandparents' Day festivities.
